The utility model is mainly used for taking up,arranging and defending lines of various cable production equipment.
Structural characteristics:
1.Using high-quality steel plate bending welding frame,high-quality seamless steel pipe open-close casing structure,beautiful appearance,solid and durable.
2.Shaftless opening and closing machine ditch,double lifting system,loading and unloading line disc without crane.
3.The whole machine,together with the cable disc,runs on the ground track to take up and lay down the line,which realizes the line to take up and lay down in the middle of the line.
4.Gantry type ground track walking,effective use of space,is conducive to the realization of double collection,double release.
5.The take-up motor is driven by Z4 DC motor or VVVF motor.It can be equipped with 2-4 gear box,and also can use the main and passive integrated gear box which is specially designed by our company to meet the needs of different processes.
6.The setting-up line is provided with mechanical friction tension, magnetic powder brake control tension, magnetic powder brake +gearbox damping tension, friction disc+air-pressure butterfly brake+precision electronic proportional pressure regulating valve control tension and other forms for users to choose.
7.The wire-arranging motor can be driven by frequency conversion motor or AC servo motor. According to the input wire diameter and the size of the cable disc, the automatic tracing and arranging line can run synchronously with the production line.
8.The Electric Control of the machine has an external communication interface,which can be conveniently connected with various production line mainframes. And has the speed take-up, constant tension take-up; passive take-up; active take-up; active and passive take-up.
9.According to different uses, there are single column, double column, top-mounted type, bottom-mounted type and other structures for users to choose.
